Returns & Exchanges

While I'm sure you'll love your jewelry, if there are any issues I'm happy to do what it takes to make it right.  Simply contact me within 5 days of delivery and - if needed - ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery and I'll be happy to make things right.  You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure to package it up properly - if the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.

I don't normally accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders.
